featured! saylor’s soiree in on to baby

a couple months ago our team had the pleasure of planning and designing a 1st birthday party for saylor…and let me tell you, she is probably the sweetest little baby around!! one look at those big blue eyes and chubby cheeks, and you’re instantly smitten!

i’m always the first to say that my specialty is wedding specific, i never claim to be a “jill of all trades” type of planner. but i will say, it was really fun getting to stretch my creativity in a different direction!!

saylor’s mommy jenine is the co-owner of cupcakes couture, so she knew she wanted a fun party for her baby that was all about the sweets!! so we planned a party that was not only fun for the adults and kiddos, but reflected our design that was inspired by saylor’s name.

besides all of the delicious desserts, one of my favorite details was the bubbly station we created for guests to make their own champagne infused drinks. even the little kiddos were able to get on the action, by adding fresh fruit to their juice or water. yum!!! the other was the sweet wishes station, where guests signed mini bird cards with their thoughts and well wishes for saylor. completed cards were dropped in a birdcage, so jenine can save them for saylor to cherish over the years!!

we are so honored that my favorite kiddo inspiration blog on to baby shared saylor’s party with all their readers today…thank you so much!!! to read more about the party details and see all the gorgeous images, make sure to head over to on to baby and check it out!!

huge huge thanks to everyone involved with making saylor’s party the sweetest soiree ever!!!

James - Very very nice. You brought your ideas and design into this fabulous birthday. It’s one thing to hear you telling me what you’re going to do and how excited you are about your plans, but it’s a completely different story once it’s actually put into action. Always something amazing. I can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
