roaming around on pinterest leads me to some of the most unique and innovative ideas. when i stumbled upon thread art installations, it absolutely blew my mind and i think it is one of the coolest things i have ever seen!!!
i can just imagine a wall of thread installations for the backdrop of a wedding and how insane it would look in photos throughout the day. ahhh someone get married and let us do this for you!
in thinking about other ways to incorporate the use of patterns, and various layers depth within the use of thread, i found some simple diy tutorials that give step by step instruction on how to do this in various shapes and lettering. my favorite is the thread heart tutorial done by green wedding shoes, they give easy directions and pictures to guide you along your way. this is definitely on my to-do list of projects to do!
