first let me say…as much as i love to chat and ramble on in blogs, i get super nervous during interviews. especially since what i say will help provide content for someone’s article. when it comes to these sorts of things i flub over my words, feel super antsy, and i swear my body temperature rises a good 15 degrees. then i think, “um hello, this is stuff that i know…i can do this!” but then i get nervous all over again.
a couple months ago, connections magazine reached out to me for an interview article in their upcoming holiday issue. the article topic was on company holiday parties. my planning background also includes 4.5 years as a social catering manager for a hotel, so i have planned my share of holiday parties over the years!
