happy chinese new year!! this is one of my absolute favorite holidays…not just because all the kids get money in pretty little red envelopes, but because i get to celebrate my asian heritage with my family!! my grandma gets so excited when all the kids are together, and she always makes the best food. mmmmmm so yummy!!!
so it got me thinking about how much i want some sort of vietnamese inspired food served at my wedding and i instantly remembered how amazing the burnt truck was at jomie+ricky’s wedding. they served these little vitnamese pork sliders that were so deliciously amazing!!
another great food truck with asian inspired food is chomp chomp nation, they have the most delicious kaya stuffed french toast that is full of tropical fruit and yummy coconut syrup!! i also recently found out that jays catering has a full authentic ethnic menu that has a pho station. yum…i am so hungry now!!
